We are not trying to save a nature outside ourselves. We are learning again that our health, our peace and our future depend on the health of the whole.
The founding question
How can we meet human needs while respecting the living world we depend on?
This question arose long before Pachatopia. It was not seeking only an ecological answer. It was seeking a fairer way to inhabit the world.
It led us to observe nature, listen to ancestral knowledge and meet producers, researchers, residents and volunteers. We are not trying to be right. We are trying to learn.

Our purpose
The living world is our greatest teacher.
Every forest. Every river. Every insect. Every fungus. Every animal. Every human being holds a share of knowledge.
In nature, nothing exists alone. Trees cooperate with fungi. Rivers connect territories. Insects pollinate flowers. This intelligence of life reminds us that no person, institution or territory can flourish alone.
Observe before acting
The living world is not a backdrop. It is the measure of our decisions.
A systemic vision
Regeneration does not stop at the soil.
It simultaneously transforms ecosystems, human relationships, the economy and the memory we pass on.
Regenerate relationships
Protecting life also means rebuilding trust, cooperating and creating dignified living conditions.
Regenerate the economy
The economy remains a means: capital, investment, enterprise and work only make sense when placed in service of life, the territory and the common good.
Regenerate transmission
Knowledge reaches its full value when it can be shared, tested and entrusted to the generations that follow.
Making peace with the Earth and among people
Peace is not only signed. It is cultivated.
Land that can nourish, dignified work, protected resources, fair governance, the ability to learn and trust between people are not enough on their own to resolve a complex conflict. They do, however, create tangible conditions in which dignity, cooperation and peace can grow.

We are not trying to win an ideological war. We want to create a space where different forms of knowledge, cultures and ways of doing business can meet, be tested and evaluated through the lens of the living world.
Four questions to guide us
- Do they protect human dignity?
- Do they preserve the living world?
- Do they strengthen freedom without abandoning solidarity?
- Can they be passed on to future generations?
Freedom of initiative, solidarity, responsibility, science and ancestral knowledge can then cooperate without being confused with one another.
An open movement
Diversity is not an obstacle. It is a strength.
The Pachatopia Movement does not belong only to those who imagined it. It grows with everyone who chooses to care for it while remaining faithful to its purpose.
