Data concerned and when it is collected
- When you write to Pachatopia: identity, contact details and the content you choose to send.
- When you request news or respond to an appeal for support: contact details, communication preferences and useful exchange history.
- When you donate through HelloAsso: HelloAsso collects data needed for payment and contribution management, after which Pachatopia can access useful donor information.
- The site currently has no embedded form and no advertising analytics configured by Pachatopia. The host may keep technical or security logs; their scope and retention still need confirmation.
Purposes and legal bases
- Answering enquiries and preparing an order or partnership: legitimate interest and requested pre-contractual steps.
- Managing memberships, donations, contributions and evidence: performance of the association relationship and legal, accounting and tax duties.
- Sending news or appeals: consent where required, which may be withdrawn at any time.
- Preventing abuse and securing services: the legitimate interests of Pachatopia and its providers.
Recipients and security
Current access to donor information is limited to Benoît Nocart, the association’s president, and providers strictly necessary for their own services. Pachatopia does not sell personal data. Access must remain limited, protected and proportionate.
Retention periods
- Contact requests: as long as needed to handle them, then no more than 3 years after the last useful contact.
- Details used for news and appeals: until consent is withdrawn or an objection is made, and no more than 3 years after the last active contact.
- Minimal opt-out or unsubscribe list: 3 years.
- Invoices, accounting evidence and financial proof: 10 years.
- Tax documents: at least 6 years.
- Technical or security logs: only if they exist, for the period genuinely justified and stated by the host.
At the end of the useful period, data is erased, anonymised or separately archived where a legal duty requires retention.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection and, where applicable, portability. Write to info.pachatopia@gmail.com. You may also complain to the French CNIL at cnil.fr.
HelloAsso and possible transfers
Depending on the processing, HelloAsso acts as Pachatopia’s provider and as controller for its own payment services. Its policy explains recipients, retention and possible international transfers. Pachatopia does not currently organise any other international data transfer from this site.
