Harvesting coffee, caring for the plots
In San Carlos, Antioquia, harvesting and caring for crops shape the team’s daily work.
Since the beginning of 2026, 1,800 kg of green coffee have been harvested, according to information shared by the team. This is the year-to-date total, not just September’s harvest.
Harvesting continues. On the plots, clearing vegetation and plateo — clearing around the base of coffee plants — are among the tasks under way. Victor is also working on coffee roasting.
